Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding German public holidays).

Processing Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET (Germany Time)

All orders are subject to approval and verification. We may contact you if additional information is required before processing your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to returned shipments and failed delivery attempts by the carrier.

All orders are shipped from Germany.

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL or Hermes.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4–5 business days after processing

Express Shipping

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 9:00 AM CET
  • Processing Time: 1 business day
  • Delivery Time: 2 business days after dispatch

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.

Please note that order modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Returns, Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery at their own expense. Before returning any item, customers must contact us for return authorization. Returned products must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier, a €10 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

If you would like the package to be re-shipped, the following reshipping fees apply:

  • Germany: €5
  • EU Countries: €15
  • Non-EU Countries (including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway): €30

This policy applies in the following situations:

  • Insufficient or incorrect delivery address provided
  • Three unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier
  • Failure to collect the package from a DHL Post Office, Hermes Parcel Shop, or Access Point within the carrier’s collection period

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

Express International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

We ship to all EU countries. All international orders are dispatched from Germany to provide faster delivery and help avoid customs duties and import taxes within the European Union.

International shipments are sent via DHL or Hermes and may require a signature upon delivery.

Customs, Import Duties & Restrictions

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Makari Germany has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the costs, as customs regulations vary by country. Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.

Some countries may restrict the import of certain products. Please contact your local customs authority before placing an order to confirm product eligibility and any applicable import requirements.
